SKILLSPARK follows a transparent and fair refund policy.

1. Subscription Refunds
   Refunds are available only if requested within 7 days of purchase and if the user has not excessively used or downloaded premium content.

2. Non-Refundable Services

3. Institutional Licensing
   Refunds for institution plans are subject to evaluation based on usage and activation status.
